Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026. This policy applies to purchases of digital guides and consulting through Coaching-for-Dating.com once checkout is available. Online checkout and appointment scheduling are currently closed.

Digital guides

Guide-only purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Download access is granted after payment is confirmed. If you cannot access your purchase, email datingcoachingnyc@gmail.com with your order number.

Consulting cancellations and rescheduling

You may request one reschedule for a booked session by emailing us more than 24 hours before its scheduled start. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Client payments are non-refundable, and additional rescheduling is not included.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss a session, the session is forfeited. For a package, one session credit is counted as used. There is no additional cancellation fee, and the session is not eligible for a refund or another reschedule.

If we cancel or cannot provide a service

If we cancel a session or cannot provide a paid service, you may choose an available rescheduled time or a refund for the portion of the service we did not provide. Any refund will be returned to the original payment method.
