Last updated: October 27, 2026. This policy explains how Coaching-for-Dating.com handles information when you visit the site, send a consultation inquiry, or purchase a guide or coaching service. Online checkout and appointment scheduling are not open yet.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the site, you may provide your name, email address, billing and order details, appointment preferences, and messages you send us. If you choose to discuss dating or relationship circumstances during coaching, you may share personal details about your life. Please share only what you want us to use to provide the service.

Guide purchases do not require you to create a site account. Guest checkout is enabled, and customer account registration is currently disabled. The site may receive technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, and site activity through hosting, security, or cookie functions.

The consultation inquiry form is live. It asks for your name and email, which consultation format you are interested in, and information about your current dating situation, the challenge you want help with, and your goals. The form is an inquiry only; submitting it does not book a session or collect payment. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or identifying details about other people.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the website, respond to questions, process orders and payments, deliver digital guides, arrange and provide coaching, send service-related messages, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Website, booking, and payment providers

The website is hosted on WordPress.com and uses WordPress and WooCommerce features to display offers and manage orders. When a payment option is available at checkout, the payment provider shown there receives the information needed to process the payment. Stripe is the currently connected card payment provider. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms; see Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We do not ask you to send full card numbers by email or coaching message.

The site is hosted on WordPress.com. The consultation inquiry form uses Forminator, a WordPress form tool. Submitted information is available to the site administrator in the WordPress admin area and may also generate an email notification. WooCommerce is used for offers and order records; it will process orders if checkout opens. If you pay through a provider displayed at checkout, that provider receives the information needed to process payment. Stripe is currently connected for card payments and handles payment information under its own privacy terms; see Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We do not ask you to send full card numbers by email or coaching message.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website and its checkout or security features may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working, remember a cart or session, help protect the site, and support basic site functions. The cookies in use can depend on the features and settings enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site or checkout functions.

When information may be shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help host and operate the site, process payments, deliver orders, manage appointments, send service messages, or protect the site. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address a security or fraud issue, or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

Information may be retained in the website’s WordPress administration area and related service records. The current site setup does not specify a fixed automatic deletion period for consultation inquiries or WooCommerce order records; some records may remain until deleted by the site administrator. We may retain information as needed to respond to you, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid putting details in the form that you do not want stored.

Your requests and choices

You can email datingcoachingnyc@gmail.com to ask about personal information associated with your order or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for business or legal records. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails using the instructions in the message; service and order messages may still be sent when needed.

Adults only and policy updates

The site’s guides and coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 18. We may update this policy as site features or practices change. The updated date above will show when the policy was last revised.
